I have the 300 degree gauge pods and to be honest i barely look at it when im driving. It's just way out of my peripheral vision. Everytime i look down to see the boost or whatever im basically taking my eyes off the road for a split second. I think the gauges on top of the of the radio bezel is probably going to function better whether you think it might look ugly. I'd prefer this or integrate something like that in your current cluster or somekind of HUD on the windshield. I'm begininning to feel that I should replace the 300 degree gauge pod with the good ol' cubby hole. I need a place for my sunglasses anyway they keep falling off the sun visor and get really annoying.
